Dosing CBD accurately is important. Every person’s body responds to CBD differently, and while too little can result in nothing at all, too much can cause pretty uncomfortable side effects.

If you’re using a CBD oil, begin with 20mg (1mL) per day for a week (by following the measurements on your dropper). No effect? Increase your dosage by 20mg (1mL) per day for another week, until you find your “just right”. We recommend staying below 300mg of CBD per day.

If you are taking CBD via a pre-measured method such as mints, just check the product description. Most products will recommend 1-2 servings a day.
